OUR MISSION STATEMENT:   Sts. Philip & Andrew's Cathedral is commissioned and committed to carrying out the Great commission of teaching, healing, evangelizing, loving, care giving, worshipping and working for peace and a just community.

OUR GOAL:  This church seeks to know God, to present God and His son Jesus Christ and make the Holy Spirit known. We exist to help people discover and grow into intimacy with God through experiencing and incarnating Jesus Christ as savior, healer, teacher, Lord, friend and commissioner.

OUR PROJECTS FOR THE MINISTRY: MUKONO HOUSE

This is a long-term income-generating investment to support the mission work, by increasing the amount of housing for orphans and widows. It is estimated to cost $250,000 to $450,000 (U.S. dollars) to complete. The plot of land where this project is going to be built has been already secured. This church is right now raising funds necessary to begin on the construction of this very important project. EXTENSION OF CHILDREN'S WORSHIP CENTER:

This church believes that the hope of the living church of today and of tomorrow is in the hands of children. The number of young children has greatly increased in the recent couple of years and the demands for facilities is very high.  It is critical that the church have enough room in the facility for the children's ministry.  We are certain that Jesus does not want us to turn away children from Him. The church is embarking on extending the building for enough space to facilitate this ministry. It is estimated that this project will cost $10,000 (U.S.).
